In my retreats/Sessions I take a holistic approach and bring together different techniques that help you reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and recharge your energy. From Yoga Therapy and Breathwork to Manual Therapy sessions (Tibetan Cranial), Meditation, and Sound Healing – each practice supports you in finding balance and inner peace. You will leave feeling restored, renewed, and ready to embrace life with fresh energy.

“After a warm welcome, tea is served to create a pleasant atmosphere. In a calm conversation, we begin with breathing exercises to gently arrive at the actual therapy. The room is darkened, relaxation music and incense sticks now accompany the treatment. Lea speaks very softly and pleasantly while beginning the session. Very quickly I find myself in a deeply relaxed and comfortable state. With my eyes closed, I see cozy, warm colors. During the treatment, my muscles begin to loosen. I no longer feel any pain and I feel as if I’ve been reborn. Space and time seem to disappear. Unfortunately, the hour passes quickly, and I look forward to my next appointment.”
